Her role as Lexi Vaziri was on Blood & Treasure between the years of 2019 until 2020. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas is engaged to Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. This was after Chrishell Stause (the wife of the This Is Us actor) quit him in November of 2019 and Pernas started dating Hartley. In May 2021, news was reported that Pernas Hartley was recently engaged in private.
