Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
The shadows she saw on the lawn inspired her to develop a technique, which does not, however, paint the object she chose onto canvas. Instead, the object is transformed into a reproduction of itself, where the surface is the vehicle for its personal interpretation by painting, particularly when the subject is live or perishable objects, such as people or fruits. Alexa Meade's painting style, which is very ephemeral in the sense that it is amorphous, transparent. The only piece of Alexa's art that survives is the photograph. Photography and painting are tightly together to produce two-dimensional flat surface which is trompe-l'oeil. Certain places three dimensions are visible, like close to the eyes or in the hair. Meade often incorporates models painted in the space surrounding them. This allows them to engage with the environment she has created. In this way, she is able to blur the lines between photography, painting and performing.
